Wow Us Wednesday!

It's Wow Us Wednesday time again!  There are some fabulous goodies in the gallery, but this layout by Victoria caught my eye.  First of all, I'm a sucker for anything My Mind's Eye but I really love the classic colors and the green die cut pattern.  Is that from a die or electronic cutter, Victoria?
